Install on Shopify

To install Shopwaive on your Shopify store, visit the Shopify App Store and add the app.

Get started with these steps

Step 1 (Optional): Turn on the popup (on Shopify Plus? Skip this step)

If you are using Shopwaive on Shopify, you are not on Shopify Plus, and you do not have access to our Checkout extensions, then this step is for you. After installing the app enable the Popup by navigating to the Shopify Admin > Sales Channels > Online Store > Customize. Then click the App embeds icon on the left menu pane. Find the Popup listed and toggle on.

Step 2 (Optional): Shopify Plus Checkout Extensions (not on Shopify Plus? Skip this step)

Shopify Plus brands can add the Redeem and Upsells extensions at checkout to unlock powerful checkout features that increase AOV and provide a seamless one-click redemption experience. Using the Redeem extension, you'll get to choose from Store credit, Loyalty, and Offers solutions.

Step 3 (Optional): Add other app blocks

Brands can choose to add the Facade app block, which displays a button at the bottom of the screen only if customers are not yet logged in. Clicking the facade will redirect your customers to login, communicating to them that log in is required to access their account

Brands can also choose to add the Account app block, which displays their balance and transactions on their Classic Customer accounts page and the newly released Customer Profile page for New customer accounts

Step 3: Enable customer accounts

If you are using Shopwaive on Shopify, ensure you enable customer accounts by navigating to the Shopify Admin > Settings > Checkout > Customer accounts. Then enable the setting Accounts are optional or Accounts are required. Accounts are required for customers to receive and use credit on Shopify.

Step 4: Setup branded email

Follow the steps outlined in Setup branded email to begin sending branded email and campaigns to meet Google and Yahoo's sender domain requirements

Add your root and subdomains

Navigate to Settings > Notifications within Shopwaive. Enter your Root domain and Sending subdomain. Click Generate DNS records

Shopify POS
