With **B2B Checkout**, the employees and users of a company account can spend the company's Shopwaive balance. You choose who, by customer segment in the Shopify admin.

**B2B Checkout** is a powerful feature for Enterprise businesses and is part of the Shopify Plus Checkout solution family. To get started with **B2B Checkout** , add the **B2B Checkout** app block to your Checkout.

The **Redeem** extension is available for access to the logged-in customer's personal digital wallet. If you plan to only issue deposits to the top-level B2B company account, its not necessary to add the **Redeem** extension to Checkout, but the **Redeem** and **B2B Checkout** extensions can be used together if you desire for customers to have access to both.

Then, open the Shopwaive app and navigate to **Settings** > **B2B**. Turn on **B2B checkout** and click **Save**.

Next, in the Shopwaive app open **Customers** and search for the company's account by its email. On its row, click **...**, then **Adjust balance**. Under **Account permissions** choose **Customers within a segment** and pick the customer segment that may use this wallet. When finished, click **Save and close**.

To define a customer segment, simply visit your Shopify admin and create a segment based on any criteria you need, like customer tags, email domain, and more. Learn more how to [create a Customer segment](https://help.shopify.com/en/manual/customers/customer-segmentation/create-customer-segments).

## Using B2B Checkout accounts

Now, customers that are logged in and meet the customer segment eligibility requirements of a B2B company account will be granted permissions to redeem and access deposits from the company wallet.

{% hint style="info" %}
Note that if more than one B2B company account is assigned per domain and each B2B account has a unique customer segment and the logged-in customer is eligible for multiple B2B customer segments defined, then the logged-in customer will be granted access to only the first eligible B2B account
{% endhint %}
