Visit our [App Store listing](https://apps.shopify.com/shopwaive) for the latest details on our subscription and pricing plans. #### Subscription Plans that provide Platform Access * **Shopwaive Starter**: **$15/month**\ Includes: Store Credit & Profiles, Offers & Expirations, Loyalty & Rewards Program. * **Shopwaive Pro**: **$45/month**\ Includes Starter features, plus: Export Transactions, Give Shipping Credits, Design Editor. * **Shopwaive Checkout**: **$60/month**\ Includes Pro features, plus: Checkout Extensions & Upsells, Cash Out Direct Deposits, Shopify Flow Email & AI Tools, API & B2B Checkout. #### Usage fees The monthly subscription plans above provide access to the platform and do not include usage. Additional usage charges apply. Account usage is $0.75 per Shopwaive customer for the first 4,000 customers, and $0.00 after that (i.e. 1M+ customers will cost the same as 4,000 customers). Account usage only applies to the number of Shopwaive customers which may be less than your total Shopify customers, as a Shopwaive customer is only created when an API request or deposit is made for a Shopify customer. An additional $1,499 semi-monthly Feature usage charge less the total capped usage cost applies to brands that use B2B Checkout, Multi-currency conversion, Shopify POS Invoicing or Enterprise features designed exclusively for Shopify Plus. A total monthly capped usage cost of $2,998 USD is in place for all subscription plans. If you use all Enterprise features and have more than 4,000 customer accounts you'll never be charged more than the total capped usage cost amount. Beginning services with Shopwaive and/or purchasing a subscription plan managed by Shopify Billing requires you to consent and adhere to our Terms and Conditions provided at Example cost calculation for the **Pro** plan: 100 customer accounts \* $0.75 USD + $45 platform access = $120 USD per month Example cost calculation for the **Starter** plan: 1,000 customer accounts \* $0.75 USD + $15 platform access = $765 USD per month Example cost calculation for the **Checkout** plan plus all Enterprise features including B2B Checkout, Multi-currency, and Shopify POS: 800,000 customer accounts \* $0.75 USD + $60 platform access. Total usage costs are capped at $2,998 USD per month for each domain, therefore the total usage cost in this scenario is $2,998 USD per month. #### Monthly caps on Usage fees Independent of the total number of Accounts you service or the Features you may be using, the monthly maximum usage costs of any plan is capped at $2,998 USD per domain. Capped fees only apply to usage not the platform subscription plan.
