Make it easy for your customers to redeem their credit with a Shopify Checkout extension. Redeem credit with a single click on Shopify Plus

Getting started

Choose Shopwaive's Redeem checkout extension for Store credit and Offer redemption at checkout. Add the Upsells checkout extension to show specific collections of products you define through metafield definitions and then optionally add a cash back incentive when they add it at Checkout.

Checkout Extensibility features that use Shopwaive's one-click redemption requires a Shopify Plus subscription

Step 1: Add the App block to your Theme. Visit your Themes, and then click Customize

Step 2: Click the Home page drop down. Then click Checkout and new customer accounts

Step 3: Click + Add app block under the Order Summary section, or anywhere you choose

Step 4: Click the Redeem extension by Shopwaive

Step 5: Click Save. And you're done!

Now, you can change the look, text, and options to match your brand from the Design tab within the Shopwaive app. You also have the option to hide the redemption input field, hide your brand logo, change the Redeem button text and much more.

As mentioned above, you can place the Redeem extension anywhere you like when you design your Checkout with Shopify Plus.

Issue partial refunds, select line item refunds with store credit

The default extension applies an Order discount in the amount the customer desires to redeem. The discount only applies toward the subtotal of merchandise items. Redeemed balances can be combined with other discounts or promotional codes if you enable this feature in the Shopify Discounts panel when creating the discount. Make these selections in the Combinations card, where you can choose to combine with other Products, Shipping, or Order discounts.

Shopify Plus stores need to upgrade to Checkout Extensibility before the Combinations card shows options to combine with Product, Order, and Shipping discounts.
